Da ist es doch glatt wieder passiert... ich war so schön in Fahrt hier alles auf den neusten Stand zu bringen und da wirft mich doch eine Augeninfektion zurück. Seit wir am Samstag, dem 08.09. keinen Strom hatten (aufgrund des Tornadoes, der über New York und unsere Gegend hinweggegangen ist), ist mein rechtes Auge 'angeschlagen'. Lt. dem Arzt dauert es etwa 2 Wochen bis sich das bessert, z.Zt. soll ich fast heiße Kompressen mehrmals am Tag auf das Auge legen und über Nacht eine Antibiotikumsalbe ins Auge tun. Die Augenseite, wo der heisse Waschlappen immer draufliegt, ist bereits um Jahre gealtert, da das Wasser die Haut enorm austrocknet! ... aber wenn's hilft... Ich wollte nur schnell ankündigen, daß es hier auf jeden Fall bald wieder neue layouts und Fotos gibt :-)
It happened again... just when I was on a steady pace with updating the blog, I got an eyeinfection. Since we had the power outage on 09/08 (after the tornadoes hit New York and our area), I got this sore eye. I went to the doc and she said it'll take abt 2 weeks to get better. In the meantime I need to put a very hot cloth on my eye a couple of times a day and an antibiotic ointment at night . From all this hot water that part of my face is already years older than the other part, as the water dries out the skin a lot! ... but if it works... I just wanted to let you know I'll be back soon with more layouts and pics :-)
