Guacamole olé !

Am Wochenende hatten wir Gäste zum Grillen da und natürlich hat Mr. P. seine neuste Anschaffung vorgeführt - ein Molcajete (mexikanischer Mörser für Guacamole). Hier ein paar Aufnahmen zur Zubereitung - viel Spaß !

Last weekend we had guest over for grilling and of course Mr.P. had to introduce everyone to his newest kitchen gadget - a Molcajete. Here are a few photos of the Guacamole making - enjoy !

Nur mal zur Info, die Molcajete ist unglablich schwer, da aus massivem Stein!

Just for your info, the Molcajete is extremely heavy cause it's made out of stone!
